A Lifestyle Change

"Good health doesn't have to be difficult: One Simple Change can make a big difference." Anyone who probably reads this is probably thinking 'What the heck is she talking about?' Growing up in Northern BC I was always outside with friends doing whatever whenever and didn't really consider it to be towards a 'healthy living' I just loved being outside more than be inside. I grew up with an appreciation for the outdoors and unlike many people have probably been spoiled by this lifelong love. But I'm not here today to talk about my love for the outdoors today I'm here to talk about one simple change that already has impacted my life.  So back in December 2015 my best friend and roommate Breanna introduced me to Juice Plus+ and asked

It's Been too Long

Coming into 2016 I hadn't thought much about blogging or honestly even remembered that I had a blog; so much has happened since my days in Churchill that time has gotten away from me. So before I can move forward I feel like that a quick summary of what I've been up too the last three years may be needed not so much for those who may actually read this but because I believe in a transition from when I left Churchill to now..otherwise it doesn't make much sense...at least to me and

Viva Las Vegas 2012

I know this blog is about a month behind but I haven’t a lot of time since returning to Churchill it seems that despite bear season being over and the town settling down the next few months that I am still busy. If possible as a little side note if anyone can explain to me why this is that would be great because I sure as heck don’t understand it. Anyways getting back to why I am actually writing this blog is because at the end of November after completing my first and probably last bear season in Churchill (depending on the next few months of course) three friends and I met in Calgary and headed off to Las Vegas for the first time. I remember to when I couldn’t wait to go to Las Vegas as soon as I turned 21! Well fast forward 4 years and I am finally going and trust me it was well worth the wait. So our trip began with a frantic meet up at the Calgary International Airport where Bea, Ashley and Siobhan were all waiting for me to arrive so that I could check it, however easier sa
